I am excited to announce that I’m a guest teacher for the Life Book 2022 Workshop! This yearlong workshop, hosted by Tamara Laporte from Willowing Arts, is a mixed media art class focused on learning to use your creativity to support your wellbeing. I am so honored to have the opportunity to teach in this particular workshop because I know in my personal experience how deeply creativity has supported my mental health and inner growth.
